Email / DEFINED TERM
Email Deliverability
The ability of your emails to successfully reach recipients' inboxes rather than being filtered to spam or blocked entirely.
IN DEPTH
Email deliverability depends on sender reputation (domain and IP), authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), list hygiene (removing bounces and inactive subscribers), content quality (avoiding spam triggers), and engagement metrics (open and click rates). Poor deliverability means your emails never reach customers regardless of how good the content is. Maintaining a healthy sender reputation requires consistent sending volume, low complaint rates, and regular list cleaning.
